Customer Service

The Customer Service Department is the first thing library users see as they enter the library.

Customer Service provides the following services:

Checking materials in and out

Renewing checkouts

Reserving and checking out public Internet and word processing computers

Reserving and checking out to the Typing Room and to the Quiet Study Room

Reserving books, CDs, and other materials 

Issuing and renewing library cards

Collecting fines and fees

Helping clear up issues involving overdue or lost materials

Providing general and directional information about the library and its services
