The Customer Service Department is the first thing library users see as they enter the library.
Customer Service provides the following services:
- Checking materials in and out
- Renewing checkouts
- Reserving and checking out public Internet and word processing computers
- Reserving and checking out to the Typing Room and to the Quiet Study Room
- Reserving books, CDs, and other materials
- Issuing and renewing library cards
- Collecting fines and fees
- Helping clear up issues involving overdue or lost materials
- Providing general and directional information about the library and its services
